Claiming and payments solution launches ahead of Support at Home

Ahead of Support at Home’s 1 November commencement, Tyro Health has launched ‘Aged Care Solution’, an integration-ready solution designed to deliver certified Support at Home claiming and payments. The solution, which seeks to connect providers and partners through a single platform, is designed to provide a seamless transition to the new framework for providers and software partners — enabling compliant, efficient and secure claiming and payments from day one.

“With the sector now entering the final readiness phase for Support at Home, providers are facing significant system and process changes,” CEO of Tyro Health Adrian Perillo said. “Tyro Health has worked closely with government and industry to ensure our fully certified solution is tested and ready to support the new claiming model as soon as it goes live.”

With the solution, developers can incrementally integrate capabilities into their practice management systems — starting with high-volume, essential Support at Home features and expanding over time. The fully certified interface supports all claiming and payment functionality available through Services Australia, Tyro Health said, including the ability to process individual contributions, and all within a single integration.

“Our priority has been to ensure aged care providers and software vendors can comply with the new framework without disruption to the delivery of quality care,” Perillo said. “Tyro Health’s Aged Care Solution removes the complexity from the claiming process, allowing providers to focus on their clients, not their compliance systems.”
